A Fun-Filled Sunday in Shalfleet 🎉
What a fantastic day we had in Shalfleet on Sunday 24th August! The village was buzzing with activity as the annual Shalfleet Fun Day brought everyone together for a real community celebration.
Families enjoyed a wide range of activities throughout the day – from tours up the historic church tower, to children’s entertainment from AJ that kept the little ones smiling.
The ever-popular dog show had plenty of wagging tails, and visitors loved getting up close to the friendly alpacas and llamas who proved to be quite the stars! 🦙🐕
As the sun began to set, we kept the fun going here at The New Inn with our very own Tunes on the Terrace. The brilliant Joe Murphy, from Unusual Suspects, treated us to an unforgettable live set. Guests soaked up the atmosphere, enjoyed drinks and great food, and sang along to classics like Walk on the Wild Side, You Never Can Tell, Babylon and Budapest.

This Sunday, we welcome back Tunes on the Terrace with the fantastic Dave Priddle. Another evening of live music, good company and a wonderful atmosphere – the perfect way to round off your weekend.
